2007 Private Placement Scheme Becomes Invalid

Since no progress has been made in the company's private placement scheme which was examined and approved at the 1st 2007 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, the 2007 Private Placement Scheme will thus automatically become invalid on 19 Sept 2008 as it will have expired.
