On 8 Sept 2008, Zhonghong Zhuoye Group Co., Ltd. won a bid for 8.5 mln restricted shares of the company, equal to a 6.85% stake, for a total of RMB 25 mln.

Following the auction, Zhonghong Zhuoye Group holds a total of 19.5 mln shares of the company, equal to a 15.72% stake and remains the largest shareholder and effective controller of the company.
