On 11 Sept 2008, the company received a written notice from Industrial Securities Co., Ltd., its sponsoring institution for IPO, stating that Chen Liang, the company's sponsor representative had resigned from his position. Zheng Zhiqiang was appointed as his successor and will henceforth be responsible for duties stipulated by relevant laws and the sponsorship agreement.

Following the replacement, both Wang Tingfu and Zheng Zhiqiang will act as sponsor representatives for the remaining term of guidance and oversight.
