At the 1st Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 18 Sept 2008, a proposal to provide joint liability guarantees on loans taken out by Maoxian Tianlonghu Power Co., Ltd. and Jinlongtan Power Co., Ltd, both wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company, was examined and approved.
