Stock Dividend of 10 Shares to be Distributed

The company plans to distribute a stock dividend of 10 shares from its capital reserve for every 10 shares held. Total shares outstanding will thus increase from 525 mln shares to 1.1 bln shares.

Following the distribution of stock dividends, the company's EPS for 2007 and 1H 2008 will be diluted to RMB 0.424 and RMB 0.148 respectively.
