At the 1st 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 5 Sept 2008, the 1H 2008 Profit Distribution Scheme was examined and approved.

Pursuant to the scheme, the company plans to pay a cash dividend of RMB 1.00 (taxes included) or RMB 0.90 (taxes excluded) for every 10 shares held based upon 218,431,000 total shares outstanding. Thus, a total of RMB 21,843,100 will be distributed. The remaining undistributed net profit of RMB 28,673,769 will be reserved for distribution in the next distribution period.
