The company has appealed to certain government authorities related to the No. 304-3 civil ruling, which was issued by the Guangdong Foshan Intermediate People's Court regarding a trademark infringement dispute between the company, Shangdong Taihe Century Investment Co., Ltd. and the business division of Jinan Honghe Beverage. Kunming Land & Resource Bureau and certain banks confirm that the seizure, detention and freeze of the company's bank deposits of RMB 10,138,471 and other properties involved in the dispute have been lifted.
