At the 6th Meeting of the 6th Board of Directors, held on 11 Sept 2008, a proposal to revise the 2008 Semiannual Report was examined and approved. As a provision for bad debts of the Newly-added Accounts Receivable in the report was not taken into account, certain data were corrected as follows:

1. total assets: RMB 2,518,347,478
2. shareholders' equity: RMB 1,451,956,561
3. net asset per share: RMB 5.50
4. net profit: RMB 64,569,222
5. net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses: RMB 64,594,271
6. return on equity: 4.45%
