At the 1st Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 10 Sept 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to apply for a RMB 50 mln loan with China Everbright Bank, with a pledge of an equity interest in a subsidiary
2. to provide a guarantee on a loan with Export-Import Bank of China, Chengdu branch, for Leshan Ledian Tianwei Silicon Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company
The loan will be used for technical equipment imported by LLTSTC.
