Retroactive Adjustment of Financial Statements Approved

At the 17th Meeting of the 6th Board of Directors, held on 10 Sept 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to make retroactive adjustments to certain data in the company's 2002 and 2003 Financial Statements
2. the 2002 Financial Statement (re-audited )
3. the 2003 Financial Statement (re-audited)

Proposals 2 and 3 must be submitted to the 3rd 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for further examination.
