At the 8th Meeting of the 6th Board of Supervisors, held on 10 Sept 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to retroactively adjust certain data in the company's 2002 and 2003 Annual Financial Statements
2. the 2002 Annual Financial Statement (re-audited)
3. the 2003 Annual Financial Statement (re-audited)

Details pertaining to re-audited financial statements are available on the China Info website (www.cninfo.com). Proposals 2 and 3 must be submitted to the 3rd 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for further examination.
