As the sales of the company's core product, Chinese liquor, is better than projected at the beginning of 2008, the company has increased its purchase orders for corresponding materials and increased purchase orders of the Chinese liquor with related parties, and thereby, updated the projection of its daily related-party transactions for 2008 as follows:

1. to increase the total transactions value of products sold to related parties in 2008 to RMB 2.4 mln from RMB 1.5 mln, based on the actual total transactions value in 1H 2008 of RMB 1.93 mln
2. to increase the transactions value of products sold to related parties in 2008 to RMB 31.3 mln from RMB 19.1 mln, based on actual total transactions value in 1H 2008 of RMB 19.97 mln
