Thus, China Poly Group holds 1,201,028,088 shares of the company, equal to a 48.97% stake.

China Poly Group plans to increase its holdings in the company's shares by 2% of total shares outstanding (including the above-mentioned 110,000 shares) within 12 months as of the date of this announcement, and will not decrease its holdings in the company's shares during the period.
