The company received a notice from Anhui Tongfeng Electronics Group Co., Ltd., which holds 108,791,280 shares of the company, equal to a 27.2% stake, stating that on 28 Aug 2008, 15,500,000 restricted shares of the company, equal to a 3.875% stake, currently held by Tongfeng Electronics Group, were pledged to China CITIC Bank, Hefei branch, as loan collateral.

As of 28 Aug 2008, Tongfeng Electronics Group has pledged a total of 75,500,000 shares of the company (the aforementioned pledged shares included), equal to an 18.875% stake.
