At the 4th Meeting of the 6th Board of Directors, held on 4 Sept 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to adjust the business scope of the company in its Articles of the Association
3. to revise management measures for information disclosure

Proposal 1 will be submitted to the 2nd 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders as an interim proposal for examination and consideration for approval.
