Pursuant to relevant regulations of the Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the company wishes to make the following announcement:

1. The company received a RMB 6,352,500 mln subsidy from the Finance Bureau of Jingdezhen City on 28 Aug 2008. In compliance with a notice from the People's Government of Jingdezhen City, the trade tariff of a plot covering 346,666.67 sq. meters that was paid by the company and received by the local government, will be recorded as "other manufacturing expenditures" for its production and operation. The subsidy can be booked into the company's current earnings.
2. The company received the remaining RMB 45.5 mln land use fees from the Land Reserve Center of Jingdezhen City on 28 Aug 2008. The company signed a contract on acquisition of state-owned land use right with the Land Reserve Center of Jingdezhen City on 1 April 2008, and received the initial RMB 70 mln land compensation fee on 2 April 2008. Consequently, the company has received all land transfer fees, totalling RMB 115.5 mln.
