In August 2008, the company sold a total land area of 186,300 sq. meters and realized proceeds of RMB 1.204 bln.

During the first seven months of 2008, the company has sold a total land area of 1,652,500 sq. meters, an increase of 30.01% YOY, and realized proceeds of RMB 13.012 bln. This is a 25.26% increase compared with the same period of the previous year.

As the real estate market is highly unpredictable, discrepancies may exist between the above data and data that is to be disclosed periodically. In which case, the latter supersedes the former.
