Environmental Project Inspected and Accepted

Pursuant to a notice received on 1 Sept 2008 from the Environmental Protection Bureau of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps., the sewage treatment project and relevant rectification of the No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 branches of the company were inspected and approved.

Consequently, the company will no longer be included in list that of companies that need to rectify environmental problems, by the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China.
