As the Issuance Review Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) will examine the company’s private placement scheme on 3 Sept 2008, trading in the company’s shares will be suspended on the same day, pending results of the examination.

The company's private placement scheme was approved at the 21st Meeting of the 2nd Board of Directors, held on 12 May 2008, and the 1st 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 28 May 2008.
