At the 25th Extraordinary Meeting of the 5th Board of Directors, held on 22 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to elect Ren Lihua for independent directorship on the 5th Board of Directors, as Fan Chen Yun has resigned from the position as independent director
The qualification of Ren Lihua as an independent director requires approval by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

2. to appoint Li Guangdao as finance director and Gao Xin as assistant general manager
3. to convene the 5th 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, at which proposal 1 must be submitted for examination and consideration for approval.
