Senior Managers Elected

At the 1st Meeting of the 6th Board of Directors and the 1st Meeting of the 6th Board of Supervisors, both held on 31 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to elect Gu Jianguo as Chairman of the 6th Board of Directors
2. to appoint Su Jiangang as general manager, Gao Haijian as both secretary of the board of directors and vice general manager, and Hu Shunliang as compliance officer
3. to elect Zhang Xiaofeng as Chairman of the 6th Board of Supervisors
