Certain Assets Damaged in Earthquake

On 30 Aug 2008 a 6.1 magnitude earthquake jolted the junction between Renhe District, Panzhihua City and Huili County in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, where the company is located.

The power supply of the company has not been disrupted and there were no casualties found. However, as the company generates power for a large area, certain electricity transmission lines and related equipment were damaged. Detailed information pertaining to the loss will be disclosed following the completion of relevant examinations.
