Chongqing Yajia Equity Transfer Cancelled

At the 3rd 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 1 Sept 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to cancel the transfer of equity of Chongqing Yajia Real Estate Co., Ltd.
2. to accept the resignation of Cao Jiafu from his position as Director on the 4th Board of Directors and elect Jin Xin as his successor
