Company to Sign Labor-dispatching Agreement

At the 21st Meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors and the 12th Meeting of the 3rd Board of Supervisors, both held on 26 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 2008 Semiannual Report and its Abstract
2. to re-estimate the 2008 daily related-party transactions
3. to sign a labor-dispatching agreement with Anhui Golden Seed Group Co., Ltd.
