At the 3rd Meeting of the 7th Board of Supervisors, held on 27 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 2008 Semiannual Report and its Abstract
2. to revise certain items in the Rules of Procedures for the Meeting of the Board of Supervisors' as follows:
'Of the members of the board of supervisors, one is staff representative, and should be elected by a general meeting of staff representatives, a general meeting of staff or democratic elections in another form'
The proposal will be submitted to a general meeting of shareholders for approval.
