On 28 Aug 2008, Oceanwide Construction Holding Co., Ltd. (OCH), a shareholder of the company, pledged 30 mln shares, accounting for 1.33% of the company's total shares outstanding, to Beijing International Trust Co., Ltd. Relevant registration procedures have been completed.

Currently, OCH holds a total of 1.68 bln shares of the company. Upon completion of the above-mentioned pledge, 51.83% of the company's shares held by OCH will have been pledged.
