At the 8th Meeting of the 4th Board of Directors, held on 28 Aug 2008, a proposal was examined and approved to apply for a RMB 200 mln one-year working capital loan with the China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited Headquarters. COFCO Limited will provide a guarantee on the loan.
