400,000 Sq. Meter Land Development Approved

At the 14th Meeting of the 6th Board of Directors, held on 27 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to invest in an LCM LCD module project

2. to promote land development in an existing factory area at the company's headquarters
As the construction of a digital research center project invested in by the company has been launched and the office and factory buildings in Nanshan District, Shenzhen City are both old, the company has decided to construct a comprehensive office building of 300,000 sq. meters on a 400,000 sq. meter plot of land in the existing factory location.

3. to dismiss Huang Zhongtian as deputy president of the company and appoint Cheng Dahou as his replacement
