At the 4th Meeting of the 7th Board of Directors, held on 25 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 2008 Semiannual Report and its Abstract as well as the 2008 Semiannual Financial Report
2. the 1H 2008 Profit Distribution Scheme
The company does not plan to distribute profit or stock dividends from its capital reserve.

3. to elect members of special committees of the board of directors
