At the 9th Meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors and the 5th Meeting of the 3rd Board of Supervisors, both held on 23 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 2008 Semiannual Report and its Abstract
2. to formulate management rules for the prevention of possible misappropriation of funds by the controlling shareholder or other related parties
3. to nominate a candidate for independent directorship and to elect a supervisor
The company plans to convene its 5th 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 12 Sept 2008, at which proposal 3 will be submitted for examination.
