At the 9th Meeting of the 5th Board of Directors and the 12th Meeting of the 5th Board of Supervisors, both held on 21 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 2008 Semiannual Report and its Abstract
2. to revise certain items in the Articles of Association
3. to write off certain creditor's rights of the company

In addition, the board of directors plans to convene the 1st Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 9 Sept 2008 in the morning to examine proposals 2 and 3.
