At the 3rd Meeting of the 4th Board of Directors, held on 21 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the Semiannual Report and its Abstract
2. to extend a RMB 300 mln line of credit with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, South Lishi Road sub-branch, by three years
