On 25 Aug 2008, the company received a notice from Fujian Furi Group Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of the company, stating that 4,510,300 tradable shares of the company held by Furi Group, equal to a 1.875% stake, were sold through the trading system of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, of which 2,400,000 shares, equal to a 0.998% stake, were sold between 18 Jul and 22 Jul 2008, while 2,110,300 shares, equal to a 0.877% stake, were sold on 25 Aug 2008.

Following the aforementioned holding reduction, Furi Group still holds 120,743,800 shares of the company, equal to a 50.2% stake, of which 110,169,600 are restricted shares, while 10,574,200 are tradable shares.
