The company plans to provide a guarantee on a RMB 30 mln credit line with Bank of Communications for Shenzhen Zhongjin Lingnan Science & Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company.

The guarantee was examined and approved at the 4th Meeting of the 5th Board of Directors.

From 1 Jan 2008 to 30 Jun 2008, the company provided a total of RMB 85 mln in guarantees, and relieved external guarantees valued at RMB 85 mln.

As of 30 Jun 2008, the company guaranteed a total of RMB 140 mln for its subsidiaries, of which there are no overdue guaranteed loans.
