The company plans to convene its 2nd 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 25 Aug 2008, at which voting on a revised proposal related to project investment with funds raised via issuance of convertible bonds with detachable warrants will be conducted conventionally from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm and online via the trading system of the Shanghai Stock Exchange from 9:30 am to 11:30 am and from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

Shareholders of record on 20 Aug 2008 or their proxies, as well as directors, supervisors, senior managers, and lawyers of the company are entitled to attend the meeting.
