Committee Members Replaced

At the 7th Meeting of the 4th Board of Directors, held on 15 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 2008 Semiannual Report and its Abstract
2. management rules for related-party transactions
3. rules for the prevention of the possible misappropriation of funds by the controlling shareholder and other related parties of the company
4. to replace certain members of the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee, which will be composed of Qiao Yinbin, Zhuo Wenyan (convener) and Zhang Hongzhou.
Xia Linghe will no long be a member of the committee.
