At the 6th Meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors, held on 20 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 2008 Semiannual Report and its Abstract
2. to apply for a RMB 78.4 mln working capital loan from ICBC, Fuzhou Wuyi sub-branch, and a RMB 30 mln working capital loan from the Export-Import Bank of China, Shanghai branch
3. to apply for bank acceptances with a RMB 50 mln line of credit from Bank of Communications, Fuzhou branch
