At the 2nd 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 21 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to elect Ye Yuxin as a director on the 7th Board of Directors
2. to provide guarantees for the company's subsidiaries
3. to revise the Articles of Association
4. to reduce the company's stake in Bank of Communications
5. to sell the housing property at its Beijing office
