Share Trading to be Suspended

The Issuance Review Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has issued a notice stating that it will convene a meeting to examine the company's additional issuance of A-shares on 22 Aug 2008. In order to avoid unusual price movement, trading in the company's shares will be suspended until the examination results are announced.
