At the 8th Meeting of the 2nd Board of Directors, held on 20 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 2008 Semiannual Report and its Abstract
2. the issuance of stock dividend from the company's capital reserve for 1H 2008
As of 30 Jun 2008, the company has planned to issue a stock dividend of six shares from the company's capital reserve for every 10 shares held, based on 520,653,552 total shares outstanding.

3. to revise certain items in the Articles of Association of the company
4. rules on the prevention of funds misappropriation by the controlling shareholder and related parties
5. to hold the 2nd 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, the 1st 2008 General Meeting of holders of A-shares and 1st 2008 General Meeting of holders of H-shares
