Investment with China Aerospace Approved

At the 11th Meeting of the 4th Board of Supervisors, held on 20 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 2008 Semiannual Report and its Abstract and the 2008 Semiannual Report Financial Results
2. the 2008 Semiannual Final Accounting Report
3. to increase a line of credit with a bank for the second half of 2008
4. to continue to purchase liability insurance for directors, supervisors and senior managers of the company
5. to co-invest in China Aerospace Science and Technology Investment Co., Ltd.
