As approved by the 17th Meeting of the 4th Board of Directors, held on 20 Aug 2008, the company plans to invest RMB 200 mln in Aerospace Technology Investment Holding Co., Ltd., a related party of the company, equal to 10% of the registered capital of Aerospace Technology.

To date, the company has not signed any agreement related to the investment.
