At the 2nd 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 20 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to increase the registered capital of the company
2. to revise the Articles of Association
3. to elect Zhang Dongjun as Supervisor on the 5th Board of Supervisors
4. to adjust the stipends for independent directors of the company
5. to retain an accounting firm as the company's 2008 auditors
6. to provide guarantees for subsidiaries of the company
