At the 26th Meeting of the 6th Board of Directors, held on 18 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 2008 Semiannual Report and its Abstract
2. to revise management rules on information disclosure
3. to revise management rules on related-party transactions
4. to revise management rules on raised funds
5. to formulate management measures on the prevention of possible funds misappropriation by the controlling shareholder and related parties
