Supervisor Candidates Proposal Submitted

At the 21st Extraordinary Meeting of the 4th Board of Directors, held on 18 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 2008 Semiannual Report and its Abstract
2. to submit a proposal related to candidates for supervisors nominated by the company's major shareholders to a general meeting of shareholders
As Xu Changhui and Xu Tao have resigned from their position as supervisors, Shenzhen Electronics Group Co., Ltd., the company's largest shareholder, nominated both Zhao Xingxue and Xu Haisong as candidates for supervisorships on the 4th Board of Supervisors.
