RMB 215 Mln for Registered Capital Increase

Shanghai Pudong Development Group Finance Co., Ltd. (SPDGF), in which the company currently holds a 20% stake and Shanghai Pudong Development (Group) Co., Ltd., the company's controlling shareholder, holds a 44% stake, plans to increase its registered capital. The company plans to contribute RMB 215 mln to increase the registered capital of SPDGF. Following the capital increase, registered capital of SPDGF will be increased from RMB 500 mln to RMB 1 bln, but the company's stake in SPDGF will remain unchanged.

The aforementioned issue constitutes a related-party transaction. Board of Directors
