Expressway Service Area Projects to be Constructed

At the 32nd Meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors, held on 15 Aug 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 2008 Semiannual Report and its Abstract
2. to revise management rules on raised funds
3. to construct and operate expressway service areas located in Lushan and Boyang, both in Jiangxi Province with a total estimated investment of RMB 139,030,000 via raised funds
4. to construct the Jiujing Expressway Technological Reform project with a budget of RMB 98,350,000
5. to formulate provisional investment management rules
