Pursuant to the requirements of relevant authorities, the company has conducted a self-inspection on the possible misappropriation of funds during the period between 1 Jan 2007 and 30 Jun 2008. The self-inspection report disclosed that there were neither undisclosed cash flow or misappropriation of funds within the company nor misappropriations of funds by major shareholders or related parties discovered within the aforementioned period.
