Management Measures on Donations

In order to standardize the company's donation activities, strengthen the management of donations to be made and to protect the interests of its shareholders, creditors and staffs, the company has formulated management measures, in compliance with relevant regulations of the Company Law of the PRC, the Commonwealth Donation Law of the PRC as well as other laws and rules.
