2. the 2008 Semiannual Report and its Abstract
3. to confirm a total of RMB 1,109,609,856 in fixed assets of the Hanjing-Jiangyi Expressway
The Hanjing-Jiangyi Expressway Construction Project has been completed and is ready for normal operations by the company. According to a final accounting report and an audit report, the Hanjing-Jiangyi Expressway has a total worth of RMB 1,109,609,856 in fixed assets, of which the Jiangyi Section is worth RMB 353,783,832 and the Hanjing Section is worth RMB 755,826,024.
